Installation

We install and configure new desktops, laptops, peripherals, etc.. Upon request, we will backup personal data files and restore settings from the old computer to new computer. Service & Repair

We offer onsite and offsite computer services and repair. Our technicians routinely visit offices and homes to service equipment sparing you the inconvenience of disconnecting your computer system.

There are cases when we must bring the computer system back into our repair center to run further system diagnostics. If this should occur, our technician will disconnect the computer, transport it to our office, return it upon service completion, reconnect, and test.

Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal and Protection

A system infected with virus/malware/spyware causes considerable slowness, errratic behavior, or worst case, prevents the system from booting. This slows productivity and causes unnecessary frustration. This full service is designed to run task-specific scanners to search out and remove all harmful infections. Furthermore, we will advise on (and install upon request) best-in-class virus and spyware protection software.

Operating System Installation or Restore

Start fresh with a reformat. Upgrade to a new operating system. Downgrade to a prior operating system. Whatever you want....we can do it. Also upon request, we will backup and restore personal data files.

Data Backup-Recovery

For data backup, most people consider this as an afterthought and react too late to do any good. CSS will recommend a backup methodology based upon your needs. It may be as little as pointing out the obvious to installing software and hardware for optimal data protection.

In a system drive failure situation, the system is typically removed and brought back to our business lab. We will attempt all recovery procedures utilizing specialized software tools. Thereafter, the recovered data is transferred to a new hard drive or replacement computer.

Disposal

Historically, computers were donated, sold or otherwise discarded, with little consideration to the security implications of personal data contained on the internal storage media, i.e. hard drive. As a result, confidential proprietary information has been maliciously hacked and used with criminal intentions.

Do you have a computer no longer in use? Are you concerned about disposing of or donating it and having sensitive data compromised? Deleted files can be undeleted and formatted hard drives can be recovered. In fact, the U.S. Government acknowledges this reality and asserts that the only way for individuals or organizations to be safe is to

a) securely erase the hard drive or b) physically damage the hard drive.

Our SecureDonate service uses tools recognized by top U.S. Govt security entities that can permanently destroy the data on the hard drive leaving blank media for reinstallation of an appropriate operating system like Windows.

Our SecureDispose service removes the hard drive from the system and initiates several destructive steps against the hard drive rendering it inoperable and data unrecoverable.
